Cortney Price is a humanitarian and development professional committed to enabling change through human-centred approaches. As Lead for Behavioural Science within the Office of Innovation of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, Cortney spearheads efforts to foster an innovation culture across FAO and its programmes by mainstreaming behavioural science and change management approaches into FAO’s work. Through participatory action and experiential learning, Cortney’s efforts empower FAO staff and country partners to explore new ways of working, spark out-of-the-box thinking and generate and leverage behavioural evidence – evidence that enhances project design and drives implementation towards increased impact.
